- We have been married 12 years and are a family of four!! Our parents and siblings live in Illinois, Montana, and Iowa. We also have other relatives throughout the US and Canada. We created this as a way to keep our family and friends informed as we continue on our adoption journey.

Hi. This is the first time we have read your blog. Hang in there, you will get the call. We just made our first trip to Yaroslavl two weeks ago and are waiting our our court date. I know we are in a different region, but if it helps in timeframe expectations...our registration packet was sent in Sept 08, had to provide some more documents due to some being misplaced in the mail and received in region Nov 08. We were officially placed on the waiting list in early 2/5/09, received the call 3/25/09 and made the first trip the second week of April. So.. as hard as it is ... be patient, and do not wait to work on the remaining dossier documents. Best wishes to you! S&C
